Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation/voucher. Please verify all details within 24 hours. You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and compliance with local regulations.
A deposit is required to secure bookings, with full payment due before departure. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Changes are subject to availability and fees. Refunds depend on timing and supplier policies. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may not be refunded.
We may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events. Equivalent alternatives or partial refunds may be offered.
Guests must provide accurate information, follow local laws, and behave responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in service termination without refund.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests should disclose any medical conditions and ensure fitness for travel.
Sparrow is not liable for indirect losses or events beyond control (e.g., weather, government actions, force majeure). Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and shared only as necessary to deliver services.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts as required.
